From Mayan legend comes the winged serpent, Quetzalcoatl. That was my inspiration for this sketch from one of my art classes at Full Sail. I combined the head of a macaw, the wings of a butterfly, and the body of a snake to produce this result! Time and practice will certainly improve my artistic ability, but having never taken a professional art class before I attended Full Sail University, I'm actually pleased with how this turned out!
